COVID UPDATES

For your safety during the Covid-19 Pandemic, product returns and exchanges have been suspended and all sales are final. In addition, shipping may be delayed due to recent federal government policies affecting USPS.




CUSTOMER CARE

Our current production model is handmade to order. After an order has been placed on our site it goes into our production queue to be created, packaged, and shipped. At this time we DO NOT offer any ready to ship products. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering.

If you have any questions prior to/or after placing an order please feel free to contact us via the form on our contact page. We generally reply within 24-48 business hours, we DO NOT reply to emails on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays, as we are closed. Nor do we reply to order inquiries sent to us via our social media platforms. If you have an issue with your order please contact us via the contact form on our website or by email at assist@the1929collection.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will do our best to correct the problem timely.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. During holidays or times of high demand such as sales or promotions, orders will take 10-15 business days to ship.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days (but historically ships between 2 to 3 business days)
Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days Expedited & Overnight order cut off time is 3pm EST Monday-Friday.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left the shop.

Mugs
Please note that our mugs are shipped directly from a warehouse and will be shipped separately from your order.
